Growing up was tough. I never met my dad, and my home life was unstable. In sixth grade I met Paul, and everything changed. He cared, showed up, and believed in me. What I learned from him still shapes who I am today as a man and a father.

Paul Meunier is a youth worker at heart and a people-centered leader by purpose. With a master’s degree in psychology, he began his youth work career as a clinical therapist and now serves as executive director of the Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA).
Paul has held leadership roles from an early age, including manager, lead trainer of trainers, therapeutic team leader, day treatment therapist, and even mayor. These diverse experiences shaped his practical, authentic approach to leadership. A prolific innovator and passionate speaker, Paul brings energy and insight to every opportunity to teach and inspire.
